LLOYD J. WALTERS
Lloyd is the owner of the brokerage and has been in the insurance business for 40 years. He has gained much experience and knowledge over the years and has come to understand the trends that the insurance industry goes through. Lloyd is a life long resident of Welland. He currently sits on the Welland Hospital Foundation Board and is a member of the Rotary Club of Welland.
SUSAN L. GUARASCI
Susan has been in the insurance business for the last 13 years. After working alongside her father and learning from his experience and knowledge she is now a co owner of the brokerage. Susan has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor, a Business Administration Marketing Diploma from St. Clair College and her Canadian Accredited Insurance Brokers Designation. She resides in Welland with her husband and 3 children.
ANDY S. RAK
Andy has been a producer with L.J. Walters Insurance since 2000. He has worked in the insurance industry for 14 years. Andy has extensive knowledge of all lines of insurance including Home, Auto and Commercial insurance. He handles most of the brokerage’s commercial accounts. Andy lives in Welland with his wife and 2 children.
EVE MCARDLE
Eve has been in the insurance industry for 10 years and has worked at L.J. Walters Insurance since 1999 as a Customer Service Representative in personal lines. Eve has an excellent report with her clients and works hard to understand their needs. Eve has 3 children and lives in Port Colborne.
PAM ROBSON
Pam started with us in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative. She has worked in the insurance industry since 1989. She has brought excellent knowledge and experience to our office. Pam is always willing to go that little bit extra for her clients. Pam is married and currently resides in Wainfleet with her husband.
FRANCINE VINCELETTE
Francine began her career in the insurance industry in 2004 and started with L.J. Walters Insurance in 2005 as a Customer Service Representative. Fran has acquired the experience necessary to be able to handle all your personal insurance needs. Fran lives in Welland with her husband and daughter.
